Can you help me plan my wedding?

Absolutely! When you book, our certificated Wedding Event Planner is available to guide you through the entire process to ensure you and your guests have an unforgettable experience every step of the way.

Is there anywhere for the Bridal or Groom’s party to prepare in the morning of the wedding?

Yes – we have one large room that is available for your use.

Do you have accommodation?

No we don’t, but Martinborough Village offers many types of accommodation and we can help you choose something that suits your requirements.

Are we able to decorate the wedding venue?

Yes! And we are able to offer assistance and decorations.

Can our guests use confetti?

Yes – if it’s biodegradable.

What deposit is required?

$675 inc GST – and we have a contract that explains this and all the ‘legal stuff’.

What is your maximum capacity?

Our maximum seated capacity in our Grand Marquee is 120.

What else can you suggest to help us plan our wedding?

Talk to us – we can suggest contacts for florists, hair and make-up stylists, celebrants, photographers, wedding cake specialists, transport options – you name it, we can sort it for you!
